Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that align with business objectives, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing support and enhancements to existing applications while ensuring that all development aligns with best practices and organizational standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. - Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Monitor application performance and implement necessary adjustments to optimize functionality. - Handle high-priority (P1 and P2) incidents daily Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools with expertise in Archive Center or Core Archive Connector. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with OpenText Enterprise Information Management (EIM). - Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with the integration of OpenText solutions with other enterprise systems. - Familiarity with database management and data modeling techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with OpenText products — primarily Archive Center, and secondarily Extended ECM and Document Pipeline (DP), Information Extraction Service (IES), VIM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
