Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also engage in troubleshooting and refining existing applications to enhance functionality and user experience, while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results that align with business objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders to drive application improvements. - Mentor junior professionals in best practices and innovative approaches to application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with performance tuning and optimization of SAP applications. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within the SAP ecosystem. - Ability to write efficient and maintainable code while adhering to best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
