Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing application solutions, and ensuring that the applications function seamlessly within the business environment. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior professionals in application development best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies and frameworks. - Experience with project management tools and software. - Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
