Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing user-friendly interfaces, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of the organization and its clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Design and implement user interfaces that enhance user experience and accessibility. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Multiplatform Front End Development React. - Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices. - Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration techniques. - Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Multiplatform Front End Development React. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
