Technical Skills
1. Proficient in Windows Administration
2. Knowledge of Azure and DevOps is an advantage.
3. Basic networking knowledge
4. Should be willing to work in 24/7 shifts
Essential skills
▪ Candidates must have a strong grasp of application support procedures and functions.
▪ They should possess a clear understanding of L1/L2/L3 roles and responsibilities.
▪ Candidates should be capable of independently managing and taking ownership of resolving incidents from start to finish.
▪ Strong communication skills are necessary to interact regularly with clients.
▪ Work closely with development teams and QA teams to ensure smooth application integration and deployment.
▪ Manage and prioritize incidents, service requests, and change requests related to applications. Document and track issues using a ticketing system.
Required Qualifications
▪ Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
▪ Proven experience in a technical support or customer service role
▪ Strong understanding of software applications and systems
▪ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
▪ Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users
▪ Experience in documenting processes and procedures
Desired Skills and Experience Application Support, IIS, SQL, Windows Administration, DevOps, and Azure
Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
