Summary:
As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with the team to ensure successful delivery of projects, utilizing your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical and Microsoft Power Apps.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the effort to design, build, and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects, utilizing your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical and Microsoft Power Apps.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical and Microsoft Power Apps, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Power Apps.
- Experience in leading the effort to design, build, and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical applications.
- Experience in providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
- Solid grasp of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
Candidate should have experience in CRM Marketing module.
