Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. - Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in application development. - Conduct regular code reviews and performance evaluations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Strong understanding of CRM customization, configuration, and integration. - Experience with CRM SDK, Plugins, Workflows, and Web Resources. - Hands-on experience in customizing and extending Dynamics CRM functionalities. - Knowledge of JavaScript, C#, and .NET framework. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
