Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be at the forefront of designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing guidance to team members, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Your role will require a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills, as you will act as the primary point of contact for application-related inquiries and decisions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Energy Data Management Device Management. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with system integration and data management processes. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues effectively. - Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Energy Data Management Device Management. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
