Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring seamless communication within the team and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Ideal Candidate has Proven subject matter expertise (SME) in FIS ACBS/CLS, with hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation, configuration, integration, and support of the platform, ideally for 10+ years. - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Lead the application development process effectively - Ensure seamless communication within the team and stakeholders - Provide guidance and mentorship to team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Project Delivery & Management : Lead end-to-end delivery of ACBS implementation projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budget., Develop and manage detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies., Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to go-live and post-implementation support. - Client Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, maintaining executive-level communication and ensuring client satisfaction., Conduct regular status meetings, governance reviews, and performance reporting., Address client issues, escalations, and change requests promptly and effectively. - Team Leadership : Manage, mentor, and develop project teams, including FIS staff, client personnel, and third-party vendors., Oversee hiring, performance appraisals, and professional development for delivery team members. - Quality & Compliance : Ensure all deliverables meet contractual, regulatory, and quality standards., Implement best practices for incident, change, and problem management., Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes. - Financial Management : Manage project budgets, forecasts, and profit & loss responsibilities., Ensure efficient use of resources and cost control throughout the project lifecycle. - Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with internal FIS teams (product, support, sales) and client business/IT stakeholders to align on objectives and resolve issues., Identify opportunities for additional services or product enhancements. - Experience with project financials, contract management, and vendor oversight. - Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in banking. - Key Deliverables : Detailed project plans and status reports, Risk and issue logs with mitigation actions, Governance and performance review presentations, Quality assurance and compliance documentation, Post-implementation support and lessons learned reports Additional Information: - Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, IT, or related field. - 10+ years of experience in banking technology delivery, with a focus on core banking or loan servicing platforms (preferably FIS ACBS). - Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex software implementations in the financial services sector. - Strong leadership, team management, and client engagement skills. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
