Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using SAP ABAP Cloud. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP ABAP Cloud applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality applications. - Manage project timelines, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in SAP ABAP Cloud, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Extensive experience in SAP ABAP Cloud. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and SAP HANA. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Jaipur office.
