Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and Advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and provide solutions to business area problems. - Lead the application development team in designing, building, and configuring applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related matters. - Provide guidance and advisory support to team members. - Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful project delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Governance. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Collibra Data Governance. - Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices. - Experience in implementing data governance frameworks. - Knowledge of data quality management and metadata management. - Ability to develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in Data Governance. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
