Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be at the forefront of designing, building, and configuring applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing guidance to team members, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Your role will require you to maintain effective communication with all parties involved, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate project meetings to ensure alignment among team members and stakeholders. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully. - Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
