Job Title: Application Portfolio Lead/Portfolio Lead

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end transformation programs: define roadmaps, design future-state processes, implement systems and technologies.
- Manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects including MES rollouts, sustainability platforms, asset master data initiatives, and IoT/ML implementations and Support Projects (AMS) across diverse geographies and industries.
- Execute Lean and Operational Excellence initiatives: process mapping, performance system design, and continuous improvement embedding.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement across functions and levels: conduct workshops, align cross-functional teams, and maintain strategic direction.
- Oversee full program lifecycle: from diagnosis and feasibility to deployment and steady-state operations, ensuring delivery of KPIs and financial impact.
Key Skills:
- Strategic Planning & Business Development: Opportunity identification, benefit sizing, and budget alignment.
- Operational Excellence: Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, and process optimization.
- Transformation Execution: Proven ability to deliver AMS/ERP/MES/IoT/analytics solutions with tangible outcomes.
Technology Fluency:
- Familiarity with IIoT, AI/ML, SAP PM, and next-gen MES platforms.
Leadership & Communication: Skilled in stakeholder management, team leadership, and change enablement. - Personal Attributes: Adaptable, self-driven, results-oriented, and committed to delivering as promised.
Industry Understanding:
- Energy & Utilities: Optimization programs for large asset-intensive businesses; sustainability and IoT initiatives.
- Manufacturing & Industrial experience Cross-functional Expertise: Supply chain, asset governance, performance management, and digital transformation.
