Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with different stakeholders to gather requirements and provide timely solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of application support processes. - Provide training and guidance to junior team members on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in 5G Wireless Networks & Technologies. - Strong understanding of network protocols and standards related to wireless technologies. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application issues in a timely manner. - Familiarity with monitoring tools to assess system performance and reliability. - Ability to document processes and create user guides for application support. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in 5G Wireless Networks & Technologies. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
