Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with different teams to troubleshoot problems, ensuring that systems operate smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and implement solutions that enhance the overall functionality of business applications. Your role will require you to be proactive in identifying potential issues before they escalate, ensuring that the business continues to run seamlessly.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of system functionalities.
- Continuously monitor system performance and suggest improvements to optimize efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with integration tools and APIs.
- Strong understanding of business process mapping and system analysis.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies and techniques.
- Experience in user acceptance testing and quality assurance processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
