Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve overall application stability.
- Support junior team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance on technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText Documentum.
- Experience with system diagnostics and root cause analysis within enterprise content management environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze logs and system data to identify issues.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and support processes.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to coordinate issue resolution and system improvements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in OpenText Documentum.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
