Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and challenges.
- Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Reporting Design & Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Applications Development.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Ability to work with various reporting tools and technologies to design and develop effective reports.
- Experience in managing and optimizing reporting workflows to enhance system efficiency.
- Familiarity with database querying and data extraction techniques to support reporting needs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Reporting Design & Development.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
