Summary:
The OpenText Upgrade Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and validating platform upgrades across Content Server, Archive Server, and OTDS environments. The role requires strong expertise in OpenText architecture, database management, integrations, and production release management.
Cloud based Architecture knowledge for installing and setup the OpenText product.

Roles & Responsibilities:
-Upgrade Planning & Assessment
-OpenText Content Server Upgrade
-Archive Server Upgrade
-OTDS Upgrade
-Database & Infrastructure Tasks
-Testing & Validation
-Documentation & Governance

Professional & Technical Skills:
-Experience in OpenText Development, Upgrade, Deployment, Administrator and troubleshooting of the OpenText ECM and xECM --platform and surrounding components (Content server, Archive Center, OTDS,IC4S , System Center, Extream) Experience working with relational Database.
-Familiarity with configuration and management of web/application servers (IIS, Apache Tomcat).
-Experience in installation configuration, Administration of OpenText ECM.
-Have managed team and successfully delivered the projects.
-Integration experience with SAP S4HANA.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in OpenText ECM Tools.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
