As a GCP Conversational Developer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system performance, diagnosing problems, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and deliver timely solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.
- Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google APIGEE, Dialogflow.
- Secondary Skills: Java, Spring Boot.
- Role Focus: Build and manage solutions on Google Cloud Platform with emphasis on API management and conversational AI.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and troubleshooting within Google Cloud environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues.
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools to maintain system health.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment while managing individual responsibilities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7+ years of experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Willingness to work in Shift B (11:00 AM–9:00 PM or 12:00 PM–10:00 PM)
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
