Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with users to understand their challenges and work towards implementing solutions that enhance system functionality and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide feedback on system improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Administration, Microsoft 365 Copilot Custom Solutions, Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Strong understanding of application support methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.
- Familiarity with integration of Microsoft Power Apps with other Microsoft services.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
