Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance. The position demands continuous engagement with complex software environments to ensure smooth operations and support critical business functions effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline issue resolution processes.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to prevent future issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues efficiently.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level software applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to address complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to document issues and solutions clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle management and incident management processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Veeva Vault.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
