As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
- Strong knowledge of front-end development principles and best practices related to React.js.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues within web applications.
- Familiarity with state management libraries and component lifecycle in React.js.
- Ability to work with RESTful APIs and integrate front-end components with backend services.
- Understanding of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in React.js.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
