- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.
- Strong knowledge of access control models and authentication protocols.
- Experience with incident management and root cause analysis in complex IT environments.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance tuning techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
