Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by diligently investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system anomalies and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaborating with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, thereby supporting the overall business objectives effectively and efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SCM APO Advanced Planning & Optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to supply chain management systems.
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving complex software issues within enterprise resource planning environments.
- Ability to work with multiple system components and understand their interdependencies.
- Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SCM APO Advanced Planning & Optimization.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
