Job Summary:
We are seeking Application Support Engineers to provide crucial support for our internal applications. This role involves managing production issues, supporting teams across Finance, Marketing, and HR, performing data extractions, automating processes, and handling minor bug fixes. Candidates must have Node.js skills and be able to work hybrid shifts, including weekends and public holidays, for which compensation will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide production issue support, ensuring timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Support cross-departmental teams, including Finance, Marketing, and HR, by addressing application-related queries and technical challenges.
- Perform data extractions to assist in reporting and analysis needs.
- Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor bug fixes to improve application performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify system improvements and optimize workflows.
- Document issues, solutions, and best practices for future reference.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, with experience equivalent to a full-stack developer.
- Hands-on experience in application support, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
- Familiarity with supporting cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Marketing, HR).
- Experience in data extraction and creating automation solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle bug fixes and process optimizations.
- Availability to work during assigned shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
