Job Summary
The Application Support Specialist is responsible for supporting and implementing the
Design Schedule ERP system for Earth Elements employees & the Efficiently placement
candidates.
Additionally, you will support internal and external customers of Efficiently software
systems.
Identification of specific end-user training programs that improve the skills,
effectiveness, and productivity of Earth Elements’ employees within the Design Schedule
platform will also be needed. This position is also responsible for the processing,
facilitating, and resolving of users’ support questions.

team members (primarily in India) and place them remotely with USA-based companies.

staffing.
Recruiting Intake/Job Description 1Every business in the USA needs help with its staffing needs. We provide vetted and
trained offshore specialists in many industry verticals (our core focus is the construction
industry). These offshore team members allow companies to supplement their local
teams with a cost-effective immediate solution.
We also offer an Enterprise SaaS Solution for the Construction Industry. We are in BETA
with our item management system; this allows Architects, Designers, Contractors and
Supply Showrooms to work together in managing the selection and specification of
building materials.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Design Schedule & Efficiently platform users in their day-to-day use
of the system as it relates to their daily operations
• Accounting Seed:
o Manage Accounting Seed release cycles, including:
▪ Reviewing release notes
▪ Identifying relevant and impactful changes
▪ Communicating major updates to the accounting team
oPerform upgrades in Sandbox, execute end-to-end accounting testing,
and validate posting and GL entries.
o Deploy approved updates to Production and configure required system
settings
o Ensure new releases do not impact existing accounting processes or
financial accuracy
o Maintain documentation and SOPs related to accounting seed upgrades.
• Investigate system issues reported by the accounting team and identify root
causes
• Assist with user access, configurations, and permissions related to accounting
modules
• Understand accounting workflows (AP, AR, GL, invoicing, payments) to analyze
errors and issues
• Communicate with end users on their issues to understand the steps taken and
ability to recreate, if possible, in our test environments
• Responsible for the handling of initial calls from users and the entry of software
defects in the event tracking system
• Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention based upon internally
established SLA
• Work effectively as a team member with all members of the organization
• Utilize Intercom and Atlassian (Jira) software for communication with end users
and reporting issues to the development team, respectively
• Review issues reported by users to assess, develop, and implement training
programs for key workflows in the platforms
2• Maintain current knowledge of the platforms and continually update learning
documentation and videos accordingly
• Performs other duties, as assigned
Qualifications
• Accounting degree required
• Experience in AWS or Salesforce platforms is a plus
• Experience using Accounting Seed is a plus
• Candidate must have excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly identify an effective solution
for customer issues
• Ability to learn new technologies, software and must be a team player
Shift Timings
6:00 PM IST – 3:00 AM IST (can negotiate 5-2 if the right candidate is found)
Location
Work from home (WFH) – Full-time
