Role: Archiving Specialist SME

Are you ready to play a key role in safeguarding patient data and in this role, we are looking at highly skilled Member of Cloud and Hosting, Infrastructure & Data Service Delivery supporting Archiving Service globally. The position will focus on day-to-day IT operations and the delivery of data archiving projects.
What will you be doing?
- You will in this position support Archiving process globally in AWS environment and workflow tools (SNOW). It requires close cooperation with internal stakeholders and vendors.
- You will be creating scripts, tools, Knowledge Base documents. This role requires focus on constant service improvements.
- Operations: You will look at day-to-day IT operations and the execution of data archiving projects.
- Archiving Projects Delivery: In the project scope, the Specialist leads and supports archiving initiatives from initiation to delivery.
- The role requires strong communication skills, technical awareness, and the ability to work collaboratively across business and IT teams to ensure compliance, efficiency, and long-term data accessibility.
What will you need to be successful?
- Bachelor´s degree in required in IT. Master’s degree a plus.
- 2 years of experience in Archiving Services.
- In the operational scope, the Specialist ensures the stability, availability, and security of Archiving Services by handling incident resolution, service requests, access management, monitoring, and system maintenance, in alignment with ITIL processes.
- Archiving Projects: This includes organizing kick-off meetings with stakeholders, facilitating discussions, analysing data, designing archiving solutions, delivering demos, and securing necessary approvals.
- Competences: AWS Cloud, Python scripts, VMs, Windows and Linux OS, Office, MSSQL, MySQL, Document DB, MongoDB.
