Job Responsibilities:
Eagle Bend Manufacturing, a Tier 1 Auto Manufacturer, seeks an experienced Team Leader to support the Supervisor in managing the team, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity, and driving manufacturing improvements.
Shifts Available: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift & 3rd Shift
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Operate resistance spot weld machines; assemble components to produce quality finished goods
• Individual must have the ability to oversee general manufacturing processes and team members.
• Ability to plan and delegate assignments and ability to evaluate performance and address discipline issues.
• Must possess good interpersonal skills and present a positive attitude and motivate team members
• Ability to work overtime hours including weekends required.
• Good problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills.

Demonstrate strong leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment by effectively guiding and motivating team members to meet production goals. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
SKILLS:

• Basic math skills and mechanical ability
• Good inter-personal skills
• Leadership ability to help team achieve goals daily, weekly, and annually
• Ability to understand verbal work instructions provided in English

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Loud work environment; compliance with personal protective equipment as required
• Frequent lifting (up to 30 lbs., though most parts weigh less than 5 lbs. each)
• 100% visual inspection of finished goods and completed components
