Assembly/Test Tactical Planner, ATTP

As an Assembly/Test Tactical Planner (ATTP), you will assist with short-term execution planning for a 0-13 week period. You will ensure supply, demand, and manufacturing execution are aligned. This role provides a unique chance to work with world-class teams and help achieve flawless execution in a fast-paced setting!
You will monitor backend production plans, inventory levels, and delivery performance to support timely fulfillment of business requirements. The role requires close coordination with supply chain teams, manufacturing sites, and business stakeholders to identify gaps, manage risks, and drive recovery actions.
Execution & Planning

• Support execution of backend production and factory loading plans to meet demand requirements
• Analyze supply-demand mismatches and highlight risks impacting delivery commitments
• Coordinate with supply planning, business units, and manufacturing sites to resolve execution issues
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving output, delivery, and overall planning performance

Inventory & Performance Tracking

• Monitor inventory levels and identify gaps against business targets
• Track key execution metrics such as supply fill rate and manufacturing due date performance
• Assist in tracking and managing backend inventory, including reporting and gap analysis
• Support identification of at-risk product lines and drive follow-up actions with collaborators

Analysis & Continuous Improvement

• Analyze data to support root cause identification for execution misses
• Support the implementation of corrective and preventive initiatives to advance planning outcomes
• Assist in the continuous refinement of planning processes and tools

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Take part in planning reviews and help ensure alignment across cross-functional teams
• Maintain clear and timely communication of plan gaps, risks, and recovery actions
• Collaborate effectively across collaborators to ensure execution rigor

Projects & Initiatives

• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support process improvement and system enhancements
• Support analysis of current and future planning processes and find opportunities for improvement
• Help with the adoption of new tools, systems, or workflows to boost planning efficiency
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues related to project tasks in a timely manner
• Collaborate with collaborators to support successful completion of project deliverables

This role provides experience in complete assembly and test planning processes. It offers chances to build strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaborator management skills in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
