Roles & Responsibilities:

Knowledge of Maintenance CNC Machines like Turning, Milling, Vacuum furnace ,Press machine, Laser etc.

Knowledge of tool change /Pallet change recovery.

Knowledge of Controllers like Siemens/Mazatrol/Fanuc
-
Knowledge of Hydraulics/Pneumatics.
- Must comply to all EHS requirements & actively support EHS programs in the plant.

Spare part management
Ideal Candidate:
Should be competent enough to independently solve the problems and achieve KPI’s like MTTR/MTBF.
Qualifications/Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in repair ,maintenance of CNC Machines.(Mechanical)

Should have experience in MTTR/MTBF and CNC Machine

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
