Site Overview
Our Multi-modal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a crucial role in manufacturing key aerospace components, supporting not only India’s defense and commercial sectors but also global aviation supply chains. Our relationships with Indian suppliers, combined with our world-class local facilities and global reach, continue to shape India’s aerospace ecosystem.
Role Overview:
- Work closely with quality & production HPT teams and demonstrate accountability for the key business deliverables.
- Ensure that the Production line & products meet quality & compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with Quality & Line Leaders to discuss and resolve product quality issues.
- Physical inspection of production hardware per NAS 410 /Customer norms
- Assist in new product development activities to avoid quality issues.
- Coordinate AS / NADCAP & other relevant audits.
- Work with leadership to improve quality management system based on audit results.
- Extend cross functional availability & support to internal quality teams
- Support operations across shifts in NDT / Quality functions.
The ideal candidate:
The ideal candidate is a quality-focused professional with strong experience in aerospace production and compliance, skilled in NAS 410 standards , Computed Radiography Testing and audit coordination. They excel in cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and ensuring high-quality production outcomes across shifts
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in engineering with 3-5 Years of Experience in aerospace / aviation Engineering industry is a must
- Working knowledge of Aerospace Prime requirements along with NADCAP.
- NAS 410 IN NDT X-Ray is preferred.
- Working knowledge of AS9100 & Aerospace Regulatory requirements
