Job Summary
• Lead the FP&A team to support business growth by providing financial analysis & insights for new opportunities and investments
• Be responsible for managing all aspects of the financial planning process for assigned businesses or functions including budgeting, forecasting, profitability reporting, variance analysis, cash flow management and special projects as required
• Work closely with the Business Unit General Managers (GMs) to ensure the accuracy of monthly results, annual budgets and forecasts
• Analyze actual versus planned performance, identify trends and provide insightful recommendations on actions needed to address gaps between plans and actuals
• Prepare presentations and other materials to explain financial information to internal audiences and external customers
• Actively participant in strategic planning sessions, quarterly reviews and ad hoc meetings
Qualification/Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics
• MBA preferred but not mandatory
• Fluent English communication skills both written and verbal are essential
• Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proven track record of strong influencing and interpersonal skills
• High integrity and confidentiality
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications; advanced working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio and Project
• Experience using SAP/Oracle/Power BI
