Responsible for generating integration ideas for sponsorships in sports events, collaborating with teams to create bespoke content and engaging audience insights.
This role is in the Revenue management Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating integration ideas to help close sponsorships on all the sporting events for TV & Digital broadcast. The role requires a strong understanding of sports, brands and the digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Live integrations and Bespoke content for Sponsors: The Brand Solutions expert will be able to understand a brand’s objective through briefs and secondary research and come up with ideas both on Live broadcast and customized branded content that’ll help a brand derive maximum value through its sponsorship. The ideal solution will resonate with both the brand as well as the viewers. Come up with integration opportunities for sponsors on broadcast of various sporting events (both TV & Digital). Primarily on-air integrations, flanked by offline opportunities subject to rights
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, creative, and product development teams to develop bespoke content solutions aligned with the interests and preferences of the target audience. Coordinate and facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate innovative content ideas that align with the brand's objectives and audience engagement goals.
- Leverage Fandom Insights: Analyse fandom insights, including audience behaviour, preferences, and feedback, to create content that resonates with the audience and fosters meaningful interactions. Utilize data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of content strategies and make data-driven decisions to enhance audience engagement.
- PPL Segment and Content Solutions: Develop Strategies for PPL Segment Engagement. Develop and execute tailored content strategies specifically designed to engage the PPL segment. Conduct market research and stay updated with industry trends to identify unique opportunities and challenges within the PPL segment. Collaborate with creative teams to craft compelling content that addresses the unique needs and concerns of the PPL segment. Provide creative direction and guidance to ensure that content resonates with the PPL audience while maintaining the brand's messaging and values.
Skills & Attributes
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in content creation, audience engagement, and fandom cultivation, strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with diverse audience segments. Creative mindset with the ability to think innovatively and develop unique content solutions tailored to different audience segments.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for audience engagement and content performance analysis.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
