Job Purpose: Executive - Documentation & SAP is responsible for managing documentation and maintaining the SAP system for project tracking, inventory management, and reporting in renewable energy projects. This role ensures that all documents are properly stored, organized, and compliant with company standards.
ResponsibilitiesDocument Control and Management:
Maintain an organized system for the storage and retrieval of project documentation, including design plans, regulatory compliance documents, contracts, and reports.
SAP System Management:
Oversee the SAP system for tracking project inventory, procurement, and resource management.
Ensure all project data is correctly entered and maintained in SAP.
Compliance with Documentation Standards:
Ensure that all documentation complies with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Review and update documentation processes to enhance efficiency.
Reporting and Data Analysis:
Generate reports from SAP and other documentation systems to track project progress, resource usage, and financial data.
Analyze data and prepare summaries for senior management.
Collaboration with Project Teams:
Work closely with project teams to ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Provide support for data entry and document retrieval as needed.

Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Work Experience:
3-4 years in documentation management and SAP system usage.
