The Assistant Manager will support compliance with SOX programs, monitor reporting, and work on automating processes using AI.
Description and Requirements
This position is responsible for supporting and partnering to perform and monitor various tasks to ensure compliance with MetLife's Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR)/Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance programs and liaising between business and risk partners on key Enterprise programs and business information security initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for not only supporting ICD and should possess reasonable expertise in using AI tools in order to support and leverage across various opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Support ICD Annual Planning exercise,
Monitor quarterly SOX Survey
Attend annual SOX process walkthroughs and work closely with Internal Audit on issue identification and mitigation and other SOX assessments and initiatives.
Monitor Model/tool/EUC inventory for changes
Deficiency Reporting (Exposure)
Compliance Reporting through OpenPages
Exposure of using AI tools and work on opportunities to automate, streamline and improvise using AI.
