Job Description
JOB PURPOSE(Briefly describe the general purpose of the position or its significance from the organization's point of view and how it contributes to the overall mission/objective of the organization). The Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager is responsible to achieve operational goals and standards as defined by the Organization / Senior Management, should be capable of managing the process, clients, team and ensuring end to end delivery of SLAs.ORGANIZATION CHART(Depicts the reporting relationship : reporting to, positions reporting into this position, any dotted relationship) An Assistant Manager or a Deputy Manager would directly report to the Group Manager PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESKEY RESULT AREAS: Specific and key end results, which the role exists to achieve.
