Job Description:
- Managing the Procurement activities for the Mumbai Region as per the C&W procurement Policy
- Managing the C&W Mumbai region P&L for Design & build projects and maintaining the margin percentage as per the commitment to management
- Responsible for all procurement-oriented requirement of documents and SPOC contact for procurement – Mumbai Region
- Sending the RFP, getting the vendor proposal, Negotiating terms, prices, delivery, and contracts with suppliers for All the D&B project.
- Purchase order management like, getting the P&L approval from management and creating and issuing PO’s,
About You:
- Previous experience in a similar Procurement role
- Experience within the Interiors fit out commercial is advantageous
- Strong written and oral communication skills
