Responsibilities

• Manage Marketing Assets: Create compelling visual content for our marketing campaigns, educational materials, and digital platforms (Ads, brochures, email headers, etc). Templatize marketing assets to ensure a quick turnaround time.
• Direct IK’s Visual Identity: Spearhead the development and refresh of our visual identity, ensuring that it’s modern, engaging, and reflective of our mission. Let’s start a creative revolution in the ed-tech space!
•  Essential UI design skills: Contribute partly to the development of a comprehensive UI design system. Design graphics/illustrations for use within UI to enhance user engagement and support our brand identity.
• Complete Ownership: Take full ownership of projects from conception to final execution, ensuring the highest quality and consistency across all visual elements.

What would excite us?

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4-5 years of experience as a Visual Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing skills in graphic/visual design, branding strategy, and some experience with UI.
• Should be proficient in creating master layouts, design campaigns from scratch
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (tools such as photoshop, illustrator), Figma, and other relevant software
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationales to team members and stakeholders.
• A proactive, creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset, eager to take on challenges and contribute to the team's success.
• Ability to understand our users and their context and designing for it  
• Ability to translate business and marketing requirements into designs
• Experience working with cross functional teams
• Bonus: any experience with video editing and/or motion graphics software (lottie or rive)
• Preferably from Edtech, Ecommerce, Consumer Tech
