The role involves providing product knowledge, conducting client demos, collaborating across teams, and training the sales team, focusing on integrating solutions into client ecosystems.
- Provides product knowledge, advice and support to customers by understanding their business requirements and technology stack, to maximize the benefits derived from IQVIAs products/services
- Conduct client discovery calls, create customized demos/POCs as per the client requirements
- Demonstrate our innovative products to showcase product features and value proposition
- Provides functional and technical inputs for RFPs/RFIs proposals and construct tailored solutions to seamlessly integrate with the client IT ecosystem
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, marketing and finance teams to ensure that we can effectively market, price, sell and service the solution
- Build point of views, evaluate competitive and/or complimentary offerings in the market for the products you are responsible
- Train and develop sales team on latest advancements of product and capabilities
- Provides voice of the clients and sales back to product and engineering teams to ensure feedback is captured and initiatives are executed
- Selects, develops, and evaluates team personnel to ensure an efficient operation of the solution engineering function
Qualifications
- 12+ years of techno functional experience with strong exposure to Life Sciences and/or clinical development space
- Bachelor/Master degree in Information technology or Life Sciences field. Business administration (MBA) experience is desired
- Proven ability to translate customer requests, competitive activities, and industry trends into value drivers of new offerings and product requirements that can be easily understood by product managers, developers and other key constituencies within the organization
- Expertise working with customers and key stakeholders to validate requirements and their business processes
- Proven track record of facilitating customer design / solution session for complex application solution architecture
