As an Analytics Solutions Senior Associate in Finance Decision Optimization (FDO) team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions to enhance financial processes, improve efficiency and drive data-driven decision-making. You will work across Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) with SMEs, technology teams and supporting Products to automate processes, systematize data and visualize results. Adopting a holistic approach by utilizing modern technologies, you will develop best-in-class solutions that are comprehensive and seamlessly integrated.
Job Responsibilities
• Partner effectively with Finance and Risk teams to gather detailed requirements and propose tailored analytical solutions• Collaborate with Technology and Data Analytics teams to automate data sourcing, enhance solutions and follow best practices in development• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation, support appropriate documentation and adoption of automated solutions • Present your observations, results and recommendations clearly and concisely to all stakeholders and in a timely manner• Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of the new solution on the overall product experience• Detect and resolve issues related to processes & automated solutions through analysis, collaboration with stakeholders and testing• Monitor and evaluate the performance of automated solutions, making enhancements and adjustments as necessary
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
• Bachelors/Master's degree in engineering and/or finance • 7+ years of relevant experience in an finance/banking domain • Experience in cloud native solutions like Databricks, AWS suite, etc.• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or Java• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze large datasets and present conclusions concisely• Capable of working in a dynamic environment and managing multiple projects with tight timelines
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
• Experience with the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including planning, analysis, development and testing of new applications and enhancements to existing application• Understanding of CI/CD Pipelines in a globally distributed environment using Git, Bit-Bucket, Jenkins, etc.
