JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are searching for an enthusiastic Associate, Broadband Partnership Management & Operation with “out-of-box” thinking to help manage and operationalize commercial relationships with our key ISP partners. This role involves billing management, dispute resolution, monthly reconciliations, and reporting.

  • Billing Management:
    • Process monthly invoice payments via ESKER to partners and prepare line items breakdown by General Ledger (GL) and Cost Center (CC).
    • Raise monthly invoices to Finance for partners.
    • Resolve any issues related to payments.
  • Dispute Management & Resolution:
    • Validate invoices and detail charges from partners.
    • Raise disputes in a timely manner if any discrepancies are found.
    • Resolve disputes with partners by preparing supporting documents as evidence within the required timeframe.
  • Monthly Reconciliations:
    • Perform monthly reconciliations on miscellaneous charges involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Monthly Report:
    • Prepare monthly reports for disputes and cost savings, indicating closed and open statuses. 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Understanding of data structures.
  • Great multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Quick Sight, Power BI, or any similar analytic tools is a plus.
