Job responsibilities
- Automate data workflows and reporting processes using Alteryx and SQL to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines for data integration and migration across multiple platforms.
- Model and structure databases to support analytics, reporting, and business decision-making.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable data solutions.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports (primarily in Tableau and Excel) to support business stakeholders.
- Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Implement and monitor data quality controls to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
- Support key business decisions with timely, accurate, and relevant data insights.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Hands-on experience with Alteryx and SQL (must have).
- Experience with data modeling and ETL processes (must have).
- Proficiency in relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake).
- Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with Jira for project management and agile workflows.
- Experience using LLMs (Large Language Models) or AI tools in data analysis or reporting
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with Tableau and Excel for reporting.
- Experience with Python for ETL and automation.
- Exposure to cloud data platforms (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, Snowflake).
- Familiarity with RPA, AI/ML, NoSQL (MongoDB), and advanced scripting (Shell, PowerShell, Java).
- Experience with cloud-native reporting tools.
