Associate Content Analyst is responsible for the maintenance of OTC Content from several sources. Also need to monitor and validate the data and raise suspects in a proactive manner. Requires working on Eikon and Data Scope suite of products and on ELEKTRON (Real Time) and NDA (Time Series). Good understanding of Cross asset markets. This role requires good communication skills, along with ability to engage with stakeholders, this role requires the analysts to work on all shifts (including night shifts) and be flexible for weekend work (if required), which could be mandatory.
The team provides 24/5 coverage to support client queries and manage all the tasks assigned to the service group. The Content Analyst will also be actively involved in managing client queries daily.
Project Summary and Position Overview:
- This position is for the post of Associate Content Analyst with the OTC Operations Team.
- Associate Content Analyst is required to work on maintenance of OTC Content, including working with internal stakeholders.
- The Associate Content Analyst is required to have the below skill sets:
- Working knowledge of Excel and other MS Office products.
- Good communication skills (Verbal and written).
- Market knowledge of Cross Market and OTC.
- Ability to grasp new challenges.
- Ability to work well within the context of a team.
- Ability to work in a real time environment as well as Intermediate knowledge of related environments such as historical databases.
- We should be flexible enough to work in shifts.
Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Responsible for producing new content & signing off on the Daily production Task Sheets and Handovers between Shifts.
- Instruments creation on Products for Data Updates.
- Achieve and help maintain targets as per the quality metrics for process improvement.
- Support regular knowledge transfer session on ELEKTRON between production and service team.
- This role requires the analysts to work on all shifts (including night shifts) and be flexible for weekend work (if required), which is mandatory.
Required Skills:
- Good market knowledge on OTC content in all asset classes - FI, FXMM, C&E and equities/structured products
- Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills (especially presentation skills)
- Excellent networking skills and ability to collaborate across various internal teams like FIFX, ETI and Commodities
- Ability to grasp new challenges.
- Ability to work well within the context of a team.
- Experience in working independently and showing initiative.
- Ability to work in a real time environment as well as Intermediate knowledge of related environments such as historical databases.
- We should be flexible enough to work in shifts.
Additional Information:
- To work in monthly rotational shifts (including night Shift).
- An added advantage is to have already knowledge of OTC Content.
- Prior experience in Stake Holder Management and engagement with Business.

Education:
- Post-Graduation/ bachelor’s degree, (preferably in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business) Knowledge of financial Markets, and knowledge of Macros.
