Role Overview: 

  • Team context: This position sits within the Client Engagement organization
  • Primary focus: Role focuses on leading strategic client relationships while guiding insight‑driven decision‑making across key accounts.
  • Key objective: The key objective is to drive commercial account growth by deepening client partnerships, securing renewals, and identifying new opportunities that expand the value Circana delivers to the client.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Drive commercial account growth by identifying new opportunities, shaping value‑added solutions, and securing renewals.
  • Guide clients on marketing effectiveness, performance optimization, and long‑term planning conversations.
  • Collaborate closely with analytics, product, and commercial teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects and high‑quality outputs.
  • Ensure alignment of project timelines, scope, and expectations to deliver consistent client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance client experience, and increase service efficiency across engagements.

Requirements

9–10 years of experience in client engagement, account management, consulting, or marketing effectiveness within data‑driven industries (e.g., CPG, retail, technology).
• Proven ability to lead senior client relationships, manage renewals, and drive commercial account growth.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for executive‑level audiences.
• Experience collaborating with analytics, product, or insights teams to deliver high‑quality client engagement.
• Strong problem‑solving, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or related field.

Nice‑to‑Have

  • Familiarity with marketing analytics, MMM, digital measurement, or media performance concepts.
    • Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s in Analytics/Marketing/Business) is beneficial.
    • Ability to guide or coach junior team members.
    • Willingness to travel for key client meetings as required.
