Serve as HR business partner aligning business objectives with employees and management: develop HR plans, drive organizational design, workforce and succession planning, analyze trends, coach leaders, resolve employee relations, implement policies, manage performance and talent development, and support compensation and engagement initiatives.
Overview: The HR business partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. - The successful HRBP acts as an employee champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HRrelated needs. Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management, the HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions. - The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. The position may include international human resource responsibilities. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition. What will you do?
• Work with senior management to develop and implement HR plans and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.
• Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment. • Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
• Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues.
• Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all interests.
• Implement/administer/interpret corporate policies/programs/procedures.
• Plan and provide continuous improvement to all aspects of the client organization and leadership review process and the strategic objectives therein. This includes both annual and mid-year processes which focus on performance management and talent development.
• Working with business groups to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within client group
. • Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on human resources related matters, policies, and procedures. Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, creation of new job families, promotions, and job re-leveling. What are we looking for?
• 12 - 15 years of experience in a HR business partner leadership role. • Master's Degree/MBA in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred
. • Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring direct reports and leading HR teams with talented HR professionals.
• Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
• Strong business and HR acumen, including problem solving and critical thinking.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop operations managers and supervisors.
• Self-starter and result oriented.
• Confident when dealing with ambiguity
. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within and outside the organization.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and influencing senior stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Great narrative writing skills and proven experience at presenting
