Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Techno-Finance professional to lead and enhance our Management Reporting framework while driving the transformation of reporting solutions using Power BI. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between Finance and Technology, bringing together deep financial acumen with strong technical expertise to streamline, automate, and elevate decision-support reporting for business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Management Reporting
Lead the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
Provide actionable insights through performance analysis across revenue, cost, profitability, and key financial metrics.
Partner with FP&A and business stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and business-relevant reporting.
2. Power BI Transformation
Drive the transition from legacy Excel-based reports to automated and interactive Power BI dashboards.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI solutions that align with business needs and governance standards.
Collaborate with IT/BI teams to ensure smooth data integration from ERPs, data lakes, and other systems.
3. Techno-Finance
Own end-to-end report lifecycle management – from requirement gathering, data modelling, and report creation to testing and deployment.
Enhance data visualization and storytelling to support strategic decisions.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to optimize reporting processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
CA / CMA / CPA / MBA (Finance) with 6–10 years of relevant experience.
Proven expertise in Management Reporting, FP&A, or Business Finance roles.
Hands-on experience in Power BI report/dashboard development, including DAX, data modelling, and visualization best practices.
Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions.
Experience working with large datasets and integrating data from multiple systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SQL).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI) or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
Exposure to Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
