The Associate Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial planning and analysis activities of Ecolab divisional . This position will require partnership across multiple stakeholders within the organization and will have significant exposure and growth opportunities supported by a management team committed to associate development.
What You Will Do:

Analyze trends for Ecolab divisions, including volume and pricing and provide insights to the divisional teams on Key performance metrics

Coordinate monthly close and forecast activities, including communicating guidance, facilitating system loads, analyzing results, and preparing content for financial reviews with senior leadership

Primary owner of developing a driver-based 50/50 forecast

Partner with division finance teams to understand external and internal business dynamics and their impact on results

Lead the creation of annual plan by working across multiple key stakeholders

Develop sustainable content for use in monthly business reviews (MBRs) and provide ad-hoc financial analytics and deep dives to facilitate decision making

Partner with broader stakeholders to drive critical reporting needs and capabilities
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field

2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:

Financial planning and analysis experience

Ability to translate financial analysis into insights and action plans

Ability to identify key metrics critical to business performance and provide easily understood and actionable management reporting

Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with senior management

Strong presentation skills to communicate complex financial and performance information with a variety of audiences, including those with limited finance background

Self-motivated with ability to efficiently organize and prioritize competing priorities

Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to develop, implement and interpret financial models

Strong PC and systems skills (Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
