General Summary:
The Associate – HR will manage day-to-day HR operations and provide seamless employee lifecycle support with exposure to HR systems and AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and data-driven decision-making. This role will be responsible for onboarding coordination, HRIS management, documentation, and operational HR processes to ensure a smooth employee experience and strong compliance framework. Essential Job Functions:
1. HR Operations & Day-to-Day Support
Manage daily HR operations and employee queries (policies, leave, documentation, letters).
Maintain and update employee records ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Prepare HR letters (offer letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, etc.).
Support payroll inputs, attendance validation, and leave records.
Ensure compliance documentation is maintained and audit-ready.
2. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management
Coordinate end-to-end onboarding process (pre-joining to Day 1 formalities).
Conduct HR induction sessions and policy walkthroughs.
Track document submission and background verification.
Maintain onboarding checklist and ensure smooth employee assimilation.
Support exit formalities including F&F documentation and clearance coordination.
3. HRIS Management
Maintain and update employee data in HRIS systems.
Ensure timely updates for new joiners, exits, role changes, and salary revisions.
Generate periodic HR reports (headcount, attrition, leave, etc.).
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR dashboards.
Support HR automation initiatives and process improvements.
4. Coordination & Stakeholder Support
Act as a coordination bridge between HR, payroll, finance, IT, and hiring managers.
Support recruitment team with documentation and onboarding readiness.
Track probation confirmations and performance review timelines.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. *
0-2 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist support. *
Experience handling HRIS systems and employee documentation.
Effective use of AI-enabled and HR technology tools
Strong coordination and organizational skills
High attention to detail and confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
