Role Summary

This position focuses on handling Attraction Products at Klook, such as tickets for entertainment venues. The mission is to bring excitement to our customers by developing products and businesses for both global and local users.

Roles & Responsibilities (What you will do)
  • Account management and onboarding: Maintain regular communication with existing merchants, conduct business reviews, opportunity identification and updates with merchants on a routine basis. At the same time, actively participate in partner and product onboarding processes, operations, content, editorial, and quality control teams. 
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with various internal functions (e.g., marketing, supplier operations, customer service, finance) to maximize sales, ensure alignment, enhance operational efficiency, drive customer satisfaction and repeat business, and ensure accurate payment processing and risk mitigation. 
  • Operational Support: Work with internal stakeholders to deliver operational tasks, including activities such as onboarding, content editing, and handling merchant inquiries, following established procedures. 
  • Service Level Improvement: Cooperate with merchants to enhance service levels and meet the needs of both Klook and customers.  Particularly with optimizing key supply strength metrics.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and optimize fundamental BD processes. 
Knowledge and Skills required (What you will need)
  • At least 5 years of work experience. OTA or e-commerce experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable with change, we’re growing and want you to grow with us.
  • A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently.
  • Strong commercial sense, as well as solid analytical, written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented personality
  • Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds and in different time zones
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Japanese. Chinese is also a plus.
