About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced SW development team-lead, who's passionate about the business and can take full responsibility for the delivery of our products to our clients. The ideal candidate would constantly seek improvement and automation opportunities while meeting delivery project targets in terms of value, speed & quality. Ability to lead full cycle integration projects by translating complex business requirements and processes to technical design
Responsibilities:

Inspire, recruit, motivate and develop a high performing team

Develop and manage full cycle integration projects, translating complex business requirements and processes to technical design, custom functions, services and features

Develop custom solutions to various enterprise and mid-market clients

Leading and working development of multiple projects / clients in parallel, identify design gaps, risks and ensuring completion according to priority

Working in a fast-paced process-focused environment, Handle frequently changed priorities and requirements coming from various clients, adept at problem-solving under pressure, Understand and be open for on-going changes

Lead and demonstrate best practices of SW Engineering

Shows initiative and proactively problem-solves, improves processes and/or escalates risks

Mentor Jr Staff, recruit & onboard new team members, serve as a reference point for other developers
About You
Basic Qualifications
-
5+ years of software/technology industry experience
-
2+ years of experience leading and managing a team of Software Engineers
-
Previous experience in a delivery organization, building solutions for corporate clients, in a predefined time & budget.
-
Experience with APIs and building deep integrations.
-
Previous experience developing in Python.
-
Creating software with built-in quality (SOLID, Tests, Separation of Concerns, etc.)

Experience with MongoDB and NOSQL queries, including familiarity with indexes and database best practices

Ability to work independently and in dynamic startup-like environments

Adaptable and resilient, able to handle changing priorities and challenges internal & external and adjust the team
